1. Services We provide moving, hauling, junk removal, labor, and related services in the Omaha, Nebraska area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our acceptance. Final pricing and scope of work may be adjusted based on on-site assessment.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided on this website or via phone/text/email are non-binding.
Final pricing is determined after a visual assessment of the job (volume, weight, accessibility, stairs, distance, special items, etc.).
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any quote if the actual job differs significantly from the information provided.
3. Booking and Payment
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, or other methods we specify at the time of service.
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Service Limitations and Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your property.
Our liability for lost, damaged, or broken items is limited to the lesser of the repair/replacement cost or a maximum of $0.60 per pound per item unless additional insurance is purchased or declared value is agreed upon in writing prior to service.
We are not liable for damage to items that are improperly packed or prepared by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if hazardous materials are involved without proper disclosure.
6. User Conduct You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when requesting quotes or bookings.
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the Site without permission.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this Site (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the property of Ton's Hauling LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without our prior written permission.
