Just for your info : Back on 12/03/2010, a new rule was introduced to all Omaha residents as per Omaha Department of Sanitation. That new rule, was introduced to help fight the spread of Bed Bugs, requiring that everyone in Omaha who throws away a used mattress or box spring, no matter what size or what kind, MUST encase them completely within a plastic seal before putting them outside.
